Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Norwalk, CT is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products. Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Deliver excellent customer service in-store and over the phone to determine customer needs.
Present appropriate paint and related products to customers and explain features.
Process sales transactions accurately according to store policies.
Maintain product displays, stock and cleanliness of the store.
Assist with deliveries, loading/unloading trucks as needed.
Keep accurate paperwork and inventory procedures up to date.
Stay informed about product features and promotions to meet sales goals.
