The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to help retail and wholesale customers find the right paint products and solutions. You will answer questions, demonstrate features, and process sales with accuracy while upholding store standards.

You will build trust with customers, handle cash and deliveries as needed, and contribute to monthly and yearly sales goals. The role requires a strong customer focus, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work

Competenze

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.

• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries when needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
