Vertex Pharmaceuticals Incorporated seeks a Territory Account Manager for the US Pain unit, leading engagement with 15–20 hospitals and select community practices. Travel up to 80% and residence near an airport are preferred to support routine business needs.

The role requires 7+ years in biotech sales, hospital launch experience, and strong formulary navigation. This field position reports to a Regional Field Director and emphasizes patient-focused growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years experience in biotech sales; hospital/institution product launch experience highly desired.
• 3+ years Account Management experience with institutional relationships.
• Proven ability to navigate hospital institutions, engage formulary management, and gain product access.
• Experience implementing inpatient formularies, protocols, pathways, and order sets.
• Highly competent in IT capabilities including CRM.
• Experience launching new products preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes relationships within key hospital accounts across multiple layers of the hospital system.
• Develops and maintains expertise on product clinical attributes and educates HCPs.
• Navigates formulary processes to gain timely formulary inclusion.
• Develop strategic account plans identifying opportunities for patient-focused growth.
• Drives sales performance and meets territory forecasts and budgets.
• Collaborates with field teams and HQ to align business plans.
• Models ethics and integrity in all activities.
