Vertex is seeking experienced commercial leaders for the US Pain Business Unit. The Territory Account Manager will build relationships with hospitals, ASCs, and prescribers to drive sales and prepare for potential commercialization of an investigational NaV1.8 inhibitor in acute pain.

Must live within the territory near an airport and travel up to 80% as needed. The role reports to a Regional Field Director and requires 7+ years in biotech sales, 3+ years in Account Management, and strong CRM

Competenze

• Bachelors degree.
• 7+ years in biotech sales; hospital/institution product launches preferred.
• 3+ years of Account Management experience with institutional relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate hospital systems, formulary management, and product access.
• Experience implementing inpatient formularies, protocols, pathways, and order sets.
• Strong IT capability including CRM experience.
• Experience in launching new products is a plus.
