Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience with success in field-based roles.
• 3+ years of Account Management experience and ability to leverage institutional relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Veeva) and ability to navigate systems supporting multi-territory coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible, deployment-ready coverage across regions in response to vacancies and leaves.
• Deploy based on prioritization to ensure continuity across priority territories and accounts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and priority accounts.
• Adapt engagement strategies to territory needs and business objectives.
• Transfer account ownership smoothly to permanent territory ownership after deployment.
• Document activity and updates using approved systems like Veeva.
