Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Required.
• 1 year or more in customer service with issues resolution experience, Preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge/skills to include spreadsheet and word processing software packages Advanced, Required.
• Basic understanding of Business Finance, controls and metrics Beginner, Required.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationship activities with quality interface and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with rental department to maximize utilization with lease customers.
• Partner with Sales on customer calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage running costs and maintenance overheads; ensure policies are followed.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing for satisfaction.
• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns and vehicle status Updates; guide technician planning.
