You will work with cross-functional teams to learn about processes, customer retention, performance metrics and strategic decision making. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of customer service with issue resolution preferred.
• Strong PC knowledge including spreadsheet and word processing software.
• Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer interface and proactive management to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with rental department to optimize lease utilization.
• Partner with Sales on calls for new business and satisfaction.
• Manage costs and maintenance overheads while following policy to optimize operations.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Schedule PMs, monitor breakdowns, and oversee technician planning.
