Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• One year or more of customer service with issues resolution experience preferred.
• DOT Regulated No.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationship activities with quality interface and issue resolution.
• Coordinate with rental, sales and maintenance to optimize costs.
• Support PM scheduling, vehicle status updates and cross-functional teamwork.
• Relocation within the business unit after training.
