Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree is required.
1 year+ in customer service with issues resolution experience is preferred.
Strong PC knowledge including Excel and word processing software is advanced.
Basic understanding of business finance, controls and metrics.

Responsibilities

Manage customer relationship activities with quality interface and satisfaction.
Coordinate with rental department to maximise utilization.
Partner with Sales for new business and customer satisfaction.
Manage running costs and maintenance overheads; follow policies.
Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing for customer satisfaction.
Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns and vehicle status updates.
