Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Operations Management Trainee to support shop management, cost savings, and metric-driven initiatives. The role works cross-functionally with Operations, Asset Management, Sales, Quality, and Rental to optimize performance.

You will coordinate with maintenance, ensure PM scheduling, assist in cost control, and contribute to customer relationships and satisfaction while training across departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PM scheduling, breakdowns, and vehicle status updates; plan technician work.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Asset Management, Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
