Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns attend development workshops, receive mentorship, and work on meaningful projects across different tracks, including IT, analytics, and finance. The program runs from June to August, with up to 40 hours per week.

Housing is not provided. Essential duties include supporting the laptop refresh initiative in Syracuse, collaborating with the Desktop

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher student in computing/IT or related field.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.
• Experience or coursework in tech support or IT environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with laptop refresh program: imaging, software install, data transfer.
• Schedule pickups and drop-offs with Syracuse employees and coordinate timelines.
• Work with a mentor on strategic projects and deliver presentations at internship end.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies throughout the internship.
