Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc seeks a Summer College Intern for a 10-week paid program in New York. Interns work on meaningful projects, are mentored by managers, and attend development workshops focused on business concepts across tracks like IT, analytics, finance, and more.

The program runs June to August (up to 40 hours/week). Housing is not provided; interns gain real experience and present their work at program end.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student in computing sciences or IT related field.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities for a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and collaborative, able to work with mentors and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Candesa Pharmacy Solutions development team with enhancements and testing.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews to deliver quality software.
• Present completed deliverables to stakeholders at internship end.
