Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc offers a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduate and graduate students. Interns attend development workshops, work on meaningful projects, and are mentored by managers across multiple tracks, including IT, analytics, finance, and more.

The program runs from June to August, up to 40 hours per week. Interns work on a laptop refresh project in Syracuse and may join either technical or non-technical tracks.

Qualifications

• Majors: Computing Sciences & Information Technology or similar programs.
• High School diploma with proof of full-time college enrollment.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to interact with staff at all levels.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with laptop refresh program: imaging, software installation, data transfer.
• Coordinate with Syracuse Desktop Team and schedule time for employees to pick up laptops.
• Work with a mentor on strategic projects and deliver presentations at internship end.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values and code of conduct.
