Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc is offering a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program for undergraduates and graduates. Interns will work on meaningful projects, be mentored, and attend development workshops focused on key business concepts.

Interns may explore tracks in Business Administration, Information Technology, Analytics & Data, and more, with up to 40 hours per week from June through August. Housing is not provided.

Qualifications

• Must be in good academic standing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with staff at all levels.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and ECO reporting.
• Work with a mentor on strategic projects.
• Create and deliver presentations at internship end.
• Maintain confidentiality and member privacy.
