Job summary

Capital District Physicians Health Plan Inc invites students to join a 10-week paid Summer College Internship Program. Interns explore cross-functional projects, attend development workshops, and are mentored by managers across tracks like Analytics, IT, HR, Finance, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Majors/degree programs include Business & Management; Computing Sciences & IT; MIS or similar.
• Preferred experience with Power BI, ACL, SAS R, Python or similar data tools.
• Must maintain good academic standing and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Model Audit Rule Control Testing, MAR Process Narrative Tracking and Review.
• MAR Balance Sheet Review and Mapping Analysis.
• Attend Operational Audit Planning Meetings and assist with controls/testing.
• Assist with policy tracking and uploading policies to Logic Gate.
• Update and generate Audit Dashboard using Power BI.
• Create presentations and support key strategic projects with a mentor.
