Responsibilities

• Lead paid social campaign strategy, activation, optimization, and reporting across platforms.
• Mentor Paid Social Associates and Senior Associates.
• Oversee campaign setup, pacing, budgeting, trafficking, QA, and optimization.
• Coordinate assets and timelines with creative agencies and internal teams.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate paid social into multi-channel strategies.
• Analyze data to identify insights and communicate performance trends.
• Develop and execute testing plans across audiences, creative, and bidding.
• Translate client objectives into tactical paid social strategies with measurable results.
• Present performance, recommendations, and rationale to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with creative teams on platform-informed recommendations.
