PHD, a global media agency under Omnicom, is recruiting a Supervisor, Paid Social to drive digital strategy and manage senior client relationships. You’ll lead paid social campaigns across major platforms and mentor junior staff as part of a high-energy team.

Your role emphasizes in-platform optimization, forecasting, and budget pacing, with in-office collaboration at least three days a week as per Omnicom policy. Office focus is essential for client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications.
• 3+ years of work experience managing online marketing/advertising accounts.
• Polished presentation, communication and listening skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive overall digital strategy and associated tactics to meet client goals.
• Lead client and cross-team collaboration within PHD and agency partners.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Prioritize quarterly priorities and ad-hoc requests to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve team efficiency and apply new processes.
• Bring proactive ideas to help meet client goals and grow business.
