Job summary

PHD is a global media agency seeking a Supervisor, Paid Social to lead campaign strategy and execution across Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok and others. You will guide client teams and work with agency partners to deliver results and grow business.

The role requires a hands‑on leader with strong communication, mentoring, and a collaborative mindset to drive planning and performance across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or communications.
• 4+ years of work experience managing online marketing/advertising accounts.
• General knowledge of direct marketing principles and strategies.
• Polished presentation, communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall digital strategy and associated tactics to meet client goals.
• Act as a client leader and cross‑functional collaborator across agency teams.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.
• Prioritize quarterly priorities and ad‑hoc requests for client delivery.
• Problem solve to find new solutions for issues.
• Establish expertise within the department and client team.
• Identify ways to improve team efficiency and introduce new processes.
