Job summary

Razorfish is seeking a Media Supervisor, Paid Social to lead strategic planning, activation oversight, and performance management of paid social campaigns for our clients. You will translate business goals and insights into integrated social strategies across platforms, collaborate with analytics, strategy, and creative teams, and mentor junior staff.

Minimum 4–6 years of paid social experience and client-facing roles.
Proven ability to lead paid social strategies across major platforms.
Strong focus on measurement, reporting, and optimization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Mentors junior team members and manages multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of paid social strategies aligned to client goals.
Present recommendations, audience strategies, channel plans, and budgets.
Serve as main client contact, providing strategic guidance and insights.
Oversee activation, trafficking, QA, and launch to meet best practices.
Guide pacing, budgeting, and delivery for efficient media investments.
Analyze performance and derive actionable optimization insights.
Lead testing, measurement frameworks, and learning agendas.
Identify platform trends and inform client strategies.
Collaborate with analytics to report results and tell the story.
Coordinate with strategy, creative, account, and activation teams.
