Job summary

Seer Interactive seeks a data-driven Paid Social consultant who can craft full-funnel strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. You will collaborate with SEO and Creative to optimize client spend and maximize ROI, while growing revenue through cross-sell opportunities and thought leadership.

You will drive day-to-day campaign management, mentor junior staff, and push innovative testing using ML and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Paid Social campaigns across a range of industries, engines, and management platforms.
• Ability to use automation and machine learning to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with SEO and Creative to drive end-to-end results.
• Proven track record building client relationships and growing revenue.

Responsibilities

• Execute and measure Paid Social strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok.
• Apply cross-channel integration with Search, Display, and Programmatic channels.
• Oversee day-to-day campaign strategy and management for a client book.
• Foster strong client relationships reflecting Seer Interactive values.
• Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with Business Development.
• Contribute to Seer blog, forums, trainings, and thought leadership.
• Maintain QA standards and coach Associates to excellence.
• Explore impact of social strategies on LLM search and experimentation.
