Qualifications

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an agency.
• Experience with direct response marketing in e‑commerce, lead gen, and B2B is a plus.
• 1+ year experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns.
• 1+ year leading paid advertising strategy for direct response efforts.
• 1 year experience with Google Analytics and Shopify.
• Excellent Excel skills with advanced features.
• Strong data analytics and time management abilities.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive learner mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok), with accurate setup, tracking, naming conventions, and QA.
• Own timelines, budgets, pacing, and day‑to‑day performance with minimal oversight.
• Execute and optimize paid advertising programs end-to-end, including ad builds, optimizations, reporting, pacing, and ongoing performance monitoring.
• Demonstrate strong strategic thinking, proactively identifying growth opportunities and testing hypotheses with data‑backed optimizations.
• Incorporate client objectives and brand nuances into executional and strategic decisions.
• Prepare and present performance reports with clear data storytelling and next steps.
• Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem for strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Suggest new ideas and process improvements to enhance team operations.
