Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to support the execution and performance of campaigns for core clients. You will collaborate with lead Strategists, optimize programs end-to-end, and own testing roadmaps while delivering on-time launches and client-focused results.

The role emphasizes data-driven optimization, cross-channel management (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), and strong communication to interpret performance insights for clients.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, agency experience a plus.
• 1+ years of direct response marketing in e-commerce; lead gen a plus.
• 1+ years managing paid ads on Meta or Google; other platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms with accurate setup and QA.
• Own timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance with minimal oversight.
• Execute end-to-end paid programs, including reporting and optimization.
• Identify growth opportunities and test hypotheses aligned to client goals.
• Present performance reports with clear data storytelling and next steps.
