Power Digital in the United States seeks a Paid Advertising Specialist to support and own end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms. You will collaborate with the lead Strategist, optimize performance, and deliver reporting with data-driven insights.

An attentive learner with strong communication, you will manage budgets, pacing, and testing roadmaps while maintaining client-focused execution and delivering high-quality work on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting preferred.
• Experience with Direct Response marketing for e-commerce, lead gen, or B2B advantageous.
• Proven track record managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google.
• Experience with Google Analytics and Shopify a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and data analytics proficiency.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms with accurate setup and QA.
• Own timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance autonomously.
• Execute and optimize campaigns end-to-end including ad builds, testing, and reporting.
• Develop data-backed optimizations aligned to client goals.
• Incorporate client objectives and brand nuances into strategy and execution.
• Present performance reports with clear data storytelling and insights.
