Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist to support the execution and performance of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. You will own end-to-end strategy for a select group of core clients and collaborate with lead Strategists to drive results.

You will use data storytelling to report insights, optimize campaigns, and contribute to testing roadmaps. This role offers flexible work styles and a strong benefits package aligned with a fast-growing firm.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in digital marketing; Agency experience a plus.
• 1+ years Direct Response marketing in E-Commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns; other platforms a plus.
• 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify; other platforms a plus.
• 1 year client facing and communications experience.
• Excellent Excel skills with understanding of advanced features.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with accurate setup and QA.
• Own timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance with minimal oversight.
• Execute and optimize campaigns end-to-end including ad builds, reporting, and pacing.
• Identify growth opportunities, form test hypotheses, and recommend data-backed optimizations.
• Maintain a client-first mindset and incorporate client objectives into execution and strategy.
• Prepare and present performance reports with clear data storytelling.
