Job summary

Power Digital Marketing is seeking a CPG Paid Social Specialist, Client Experience to support paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and more. You’ll work with lead Strategist or independently own end-to-end strategy for select clients, with emphasis on accuracy, reporting, and growth.

You’ll collaborate across teams, manage timelines, budgets, and optimization tests, and leverage Nova and AI tools to identify opportunities and communicate insights clearly to clients.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of digital marketing experience, agency experience a plus.
• 1+ years direct response marketing in e-commerce; Lead Gen and B2B a plus.
• 1+ years experience with Meta or Google Ads for direct response campaigns.
• 1+ years experience with Google Analytics, Shopify.
• Strong Excel skills with understanding of advanced features.
• Excellent data analytics and problem-solving mindset.
• Client-facing communications experience.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain flawless execution across paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Own timelines, budgets, pacing, and day-to-day performance.
• Execute and optimize paid advertising programs end-to-end, including ad builds and reporting.
• Identify growth opportunities and data-backed optimizations.
• Incorporate client objectives and brand nuances into decisions.
• Present performance insights with clear data storytelling.
