Job summary

Aerotek's Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program offers a 10-week paid internship in sales, with exposure to recruiting, account management and field support within a local operation.

As a Sales Intern, you will shadow recruiters and account managers, participate in interviews and client visits, and develop hands-on business skills that can accelerate your sales career and potentially lead to a full-time SDR role.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university pursuing BA/BS or sales-related certificate.
• Preferred transition between junior and senior year.
• Experience in customer service or sales is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Post positions on the Internet via the ATS to build the candidate pool.
• Review resumes and qualify candidates for interviews.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters.
• Shadow Recruiters on calls, interviews and reference checks.
• Maintain documentation in Aerotek’s Applicant Tracking System.
• Shadow Account Managers on cold calls and client visits.
• Shadow Field Support during background checks and unemployment processes.
