Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience
• Sales Related Experience
• Currently enrolled in BA/BS program with sales focus or certificate preference

Responsibilities

• Post available positions on the Internet via our candidate tracking system to increase the candidate pool
• Evaluate resumes and select qualified candidates for the interview process
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters
• Shadow Recruiters during calls, interviews and reference checks
• Maintain documentation using the Applicant Tracking System
• Shadow Account Managers during client visits and the acquisition process
• Shadow Field Support during background investigations, drug tests, unemployment processes
