Job summary

Aerotek's Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program – Sales provides hands-on exposure to recruiting, account management and field support with a strong sales focus. Interns will learn through shadowing Recruiters and Account Managers, participate in candidate evaluation, and assist with client visits and lead generation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university seeking a BA/BS degree (sales degree, minor, certificate preferred)
• Preferred transition between junior and senior years
• MS Office proficiency
• Customer service experience
• Sales related experience

Responsibilities

• Post available positions on the Internet via our candidate tracking system to increase the candidate pool
• Evaluate resumes and select qualified candidates for interviews
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters
• Shadow Recruiters during calls, interviews and reference checks
• Maintain documentation using Aerotek's Applicant Tracking System
• Shadow Account Managers during client visits and requisition qualifications
• Shadow Field Support during background investigations and unemployment processes
