Qualifications

• Currently pursuing BA/BS in college/university; sales-focused degree/minor/certificate preferred.
• Must be transitioning between junior and senior year.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Customer service experience required; sales-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post internship tasks in line with Aerotek processes.
• Assist recruiters with resume screening and interview scheduling.
• Shadow recruiters during calls, interviews and reference checks.
• Support account managers with client visits and requisition qualifications.
• Participate in lead generation and networking events.
• Assist field support with background checks and unemployment processes.
