Job summary

Aerotek is offering a 10-week paid internship in Sales as part of the Ascend at Aerotek Internship Program. The role focuses on learning Recruiting, Account Management and Field Support with a sales emphasis.

The program is designed to develop business acumen through hands-on experience and may lead to a full-time opportunity in our Sales Development Representative path within a local operation.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college/university seeking a BA/BS degree (sales degree, minor, certificate preferred).
• Transitioning between Junior and Senior years (preferred).
• MS Office
• Customer Service Experience
• Sales Related Experience

Responsibilities

• Post available internship positions on internal systems to build the candidate pool.
• Evaluate resumes and select candidates qualified for the interview process.
• Schedule candidates for interviews with Recruiters.
• Shadow Recruiters during interviews, calls and reference checks.
• Shadow Account Managers during client visits and requisition qualifications.
