Aufgaben

• Post positions and manage candidate tracking with the system.
• Evaluate resumes and identify candidates for interviews.
• Schedule interviews with recruiters and shadow processes.
• Shadow recruiters on calls, interviews and reference checks.
• Maintain documentation in the applicant tracking system.
• Shadow account managers on cold calls and client visits.
• Participate in lead generation and networking events.
