Qualifications

• Expected degree between May 2027 and May 2028.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside managers.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Participate in leadership development and market travel experiences.
• Support store operations during busy periods including evenings and weekends.
