Job summary

CVS Health offers a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship. You will lead a retail team, engage with customers, and learn store operations under supervision of Store Managers and District Leaders.

You will complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership, gaining exposure to the broader organization through market travel experiences. You’ll learn to motivate a team, analyze performance, and understand how decisions affect customer satisfaction and store results.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside store managers and district leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support operational activities including merchandise handling, inventory management and stocking.
