Job summary

Qualifications

• Candidates must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program.
• Expected graduation between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors in Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, or General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations with Store Managers and District Leaders.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
• Support operational activities including merchandising, inventory, stocking.
