Job summary

CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship in Foster City, CA. You will lead a retail team, interact with customers, and learn day-to-day store operations under Store Managers and District Leaders. A business-focused project will be completed and presented to leadership.

You will gain leadership development and exposure to retail management best practices, with opportunities to travel within markets and influence store performance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Available to work 35 hours per week for the full 10-week program on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations and merchandising.
• Complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership.
• Develop leadership skills through collaboration with Store Managers and District Leaders.
