Job summary

CVS Health invites you to a paid 10-week Retail Management Intern program in California. You will gain hands-on experience leading a store team, engaging with customers, and learning day-to-day operations under Store Managers and District Leaders.

You will complete a business-focused project addressing a real opportunity and present recommendations to leadership, while developing leadership, staffing, and customer engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Degree expected between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include business/retail related fields.
• Must be able to work 35 hours per week for 10 weeks including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage directly with customers.
• Learn day-to-day store operations alongside Store Managers.
• Develop leadership skills and learn retail management best practices.
• Complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership.
