CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship in California. You will gain hands-on experience leading a store team, engaging customers, and learning daily operations alongside Store Managers and District Leaders.

You'll complete a business-focused project and present findings to leadership, while developing leadership, merchandising, and store-operations skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Graduating between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team and engage with customers.
