CVS Health is offering a paid 10-week Retail Management Internship in California. The role centers on leading a store team, engaging customers, and learning daily operations under Store Managers and District Leaders.

You will complete a business-focused project and present recommendations to leadership, gaining hands-on experience in retail management during a tenure with a Fortune 6 company. Applicants must be enrolled in an associate or bachelor’s degree program and be able to work 35 hours

Qualifications

• Candidates must be currently enrolled in an associate or bachelor's degree program.
• Students should expect to receive their degree between May 2027 and May 2028.
• Desired majors include Business Management/Administration, Hospitality, Entrepreneurship, Retail Studies, General Business.
