Target is offering an Operations Intern role in our Supply Chain Facilities in the United States. This paid internship is a 40 hr/week program designed to develop operations leadership and provide mentoring across multiple business areas.

You will learn to lead teams, drive productivity, and improve processes while upholding safety. Enrollment in school or active leadership involvement is expected, with some shifts including evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree or continuing education with leadership experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Interest in retail supply chain and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading daily priorities on the facility floor.
• Support safe, accurate inventory and quality processes.
• Analyze KPIs and drive improvements using CI methods.
• Collaborate with leaders to develop team members and plan shift goals.
