Job summary

Target is offering an Operations Intern role in its supply chain facilities. This paid internship runs 40 hours per week and introduces you to daily operations, leadership responsibilities, and cross-functional collaboration with mentors and managers.

Responsibilities

• Spending time on the facilities floor helping to lead amongst team members and aligning the team in daily business priorities.
• Working alongside team members to lead through daily priorities.
• Maintaining a high standard of quality/inventory accuracy through standardized processes and accountability.
• Tracking KPI’s such as safety, teamwork, quality and productivity to identify gaps and drive actions.
• Carrying out process improvement initiatives using CI methodologies to create a lean operation.
