Target is offering an Operations Internship in Maryland's supply chain facility. This paid 40 hr./week program provides hands-on leadership experience and a path toward an Operations Manager role. You will learn to lead and mentor a team, coordinate daily priorities, and drive safety and productivity while supporting guest needs.

You will work with a Mentor, receive extensive training, and participate in development conversations to grow as a Target leader throughout the internship.

• Learn to lead, motivate and influence a team in a Target supply chain facility.
• Develop problem-solving and lean processes to maximize productivity and safety.
