Cox Automotive is seeking a Digital Marketing / Communications Senior Specialist to own paid media activation, QA, and reporting across programmatic, paid social, and paid search. You will collaborate on budget strategy, creative delivery, and measurement with cross-functional teams.

You will establish repeatable standards, drive in-flight optimizations, and build dashboards to demonstrate ROAS and CPA performance for multiple brands.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field.
• Hands-on campaign build and activation across programmatic, paid social, and paid search.
• Experience managing campaigns in DV360.
• Analytical thinking; interprets data and recommends actions.
• Attention to detail; ensures accuracy in tracking and delivery.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient with DV360, Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Meta, LinkedIn; ABM platforms.
• Ability to build reporting in Tableau/Power BI and Excel.

Mansioni

• Builds and launches programmatic, paid social, and paid search campaigns across DSPs and platforms.
• Maintains campaign taxonomy, naming standards, and launch checklists.
• Conducts in-flight monitoring and optimization within guardrails.
