Beyond Infinity, LLC is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Intern for immediate start in Fairfield County. The paid internship offers growth opportunities, hands-on client support, and exposure to IT consulting services from installation to deployment.

Daily tasks include configuring client computers, assisting with network upgrades, and maintaining inventories while providing professional service to clients across multiple sites. Overtime may be required as projects demand.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium remote and on-site IT support and escalate as needed.
• Build, install and configure client computers and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Assist with client network upgrades and technology refreshes.
• Use ticketing system to document remediation efforts and inventories.
