Qualifications

• Strong interest in technology and troubleshooting; eager to learn in a hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general computer and technology support for office-based and remote users.
• Install, update, and configure software on Windows and Mac systems; set up and troubleshoot hardware.
• Assist with data privacy and HIPAA related documentation and training.
