Beyond Infinity, LLC is seeking a Help Desk Support Technician to provide full support and consulting services to clients, both on-site and remotely. Daily tasks include installation, migration, desktop and network configuration, troubleshooting, system maintenance and end-user training.

The ideal candidate should be able to learn quickly, adapt to unfamiliar systems, and contribute to growth with proactive service delivery.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of tasks, client satisfaction and system health.
• Provide premium remote and on-site IT support to all clients.
• Build, install and configure new client computers and network equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Assist with client network upgrades and technology refreshes.
• Monitor customer networks and device configurations.
• Server troubleshooting and support.
• Document remediation efforts using the ticketing system.
• Stay current on emerging technologies, services and standards.
