Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a Human Resources Co-op for Fall 2026 at the Mentor operation in Mentor, Ohio. The role supports HR functions, with assignments designed to provide learning and value to PCC.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain all hourly personnel files; coordinate with payroll, training and division HQ.
• Keep ADP and Workday up to date; maintain timecards and badge systems.
• Onboard and terminate temporary employees.
• Assist with administering hourly and salary benefit programs including orientation and records keeping.
• Create and post employee announcements using Canva.
• Support employee welfare programs and engagement events.
• Maintain positive employee relations with shop floor personnel and management.
• Serve on the Employee Engagement Committee.
• Perform other duties as designated by the supervisor.
