Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a Human Resources Co-op for Summer 2026 in Mentor, Ohio. This role supports the HR team with payroll, onboarding, and employee communications while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.

You will work on file maintenance, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives, with some time on the shop floor. The position requires a student pursuing HR-related studies with a 3.0 GPA or higher.

Qualifications

• Full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Excellent writing and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain all hourly personnel files; communicate with payroll and training as required.
• Keep ADP and Workday up to date and accurate; maintain timecard and badge systems.
• Own onboarding and termination process for temporary employees.
