Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a Facilities Engineering Co‑Op for Summer 2027 in Mentor, OH. The role involves hands‑on engineering assignments within the facilities and manufacturing environment, with responsibility growth over the co‑op period.

The student will work on equipment design/improvement, attend meetings and training, and contribute to energy conservation initiatives while earning $25 per hour for a 40‑hour work week.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (full‑time).
• Preferred GPA 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to hands‑on design and improvement tasks in facilities.
• Achieve performance goals with progressive responsibility in facilities engineering.
• Identify and recommend equipment improvements for projects.
• Attend regular departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Handle documentation for maintenance tasks and project ownership.
• Collaborate with project teams on new equipment and energy conservation opportunities.
