Job summary

All’s Well Healthcare partners with California’s DDS to offer a statewide 3-month paid shadow training program for Direct Service Professional interns. You will shadow staff under a DSP mentor for up to 30 hours/week, learning to support adults with developmental needs and pursuing a potential permanent position.

Responsibilities include empowering individuals, supporting communication, daily living activities, and community participation while documenting progress and ensuring person-centered

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass a background check, comprehensive driver screening and other required health screenings.
