Job summary

Alls Well Healthcare in partnership with the California DDS offers a paid 3-month DSP Intern shadow training program designed to place participants with organizations supporting adults with special needs. Interns shadow experienced staff with potential for a permanent position, sometimes as early as week three, functioning like a working interview.

During up to 30 hours/week under a DSP mentor, you will assist with daily living skills, communication, community participation, and advocacy,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License & personal vehicle.
• Must pass a background check and other required health screenings.
